Modern and state of the art property in one of the most sought after area in Africa. Simply an amazing place with first row view and access to Camps Bay Beach 4. We will without a doubt return and can see the location to become a re-occurring destination for breaks with friends and family. The welcome was excellent, the walking distance proximity of Camps Bay village with its bars, clubs and restaurant is also a big plus here. Amazing place to be when you want to visit Cape Town. Located directly on the 4th Clifton Beach . Very modern, very classy, spacious and new. I highly recommend everyone to book this bungalow if he wanted to travel to Cape Town. It is also a walking distance to camps bay where you find lots of restaurants and bars.

We arrived in Cape Town on Dec 23rd to spend the holiday season in South Africa, taking in the beach, safari and winelands. Bungalow 52, Clifton 4th Beach was our base throughout. What an amazing location! When booking it was hard to get a clear picture in my mind of the location, but wow did it deliver! The private garden to the front of the beach bungalow directly borders Clifton 4th. The view from the sitting and kitchen area and pool area is amazing and the sound of the waves at all times of the day and night is perfect. The beach is literally 20 feet from the bungalow entrance. The decor is superb. Stylish and comfortable, lots of lovely art pieces and furniture. Kitchen is modern and crisp. This house lends itself to home dining and entertaining. We had a private chef in the bungalow for our stay to make the villa all the more enjoyable. The three bedrooms are extremely well designed and comfortable and the tv chill area in the basement provides a perfect relaxation zone after busy days touring. No hesitation in recommending it.

With my family we spend 5 days in the Bungalow 52 in the fourth beach/ Clifton Bay, the weather was excellent and Siobhan (the manager) did receive us like Kings, everything well organized and the house it’s amazing like the pictures (even better), we feel like a dream and a special atmosphere very positive, enjoying the sunset every night with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc don't have word to explain… Looking forward to go back it’s so many things to visit in the western Cape, for us 5 days was too short, and for sure we will stay again in Bungalow 52.

A stunning bungalow sitting on one of the most beautiful beached in the world, offering comfort, peace, tranquility with hints of discrete luxury. We felt at home immediately, and thanks to our agents Nick and Caroline, had one of the most memorable holidays ever.
Coming home to SA, to see so many happy faces and friendly people...a heart warming gift.

Yoga to the movement and sounds of the sea, walks on the beach each day, not to mention our daily re-freshening swims in the sea, we had difficulty leaving...but will be back!!! :)

I was Blown away from the moment of walking into this beautiful Bungalow. The beach is literally on your doorstep with spectacular views day & night with a stunning sunset, and people just having fun and also relaxing.

Llegamos con mi marido y nos estaban esperando Siobhan con su mujer, quienes nos atendieron como a reyes. Luego de explicarnos todo el funcionamiento del lugar, nos dejaron comenzar a vivir esta experiencia única.
Un lugar mágico frente a la playa. Bungalow 52 colmó todas mis expectativas en cuanto a su ubicación, belleza, comodidad y confortabilidad. Un lugar tranquilo para descansar, caminar, tomar sol en la playa, disfrutar de la piscina privada mirando los atardeceres hacia el mar.
Sin duda alguna lo recomendaría a todos mis amigos y familia. No podré nunca olvidarme de este lugar tan cálido.
